  1. I really appreciate this all-encompassing guide for things to do in Charleston! I’ve been through the area but didn’t get a chance to really see the sights and experience this beautiful city. I wouldn’t know where to start! But you’ve compiled everything I needed to know right here. I’m especially looking forward to the magnolia plantation, the dungeon tour, and the ghost and graveyard tour! It looks like I’ll have to make multiple trips to be able to see everything you posted here. Thanks!

    1. Charleston has some beautiful sites to see, it is similar to Savannah and St. Augustine! When I was a child my parents took us to each city every summer during school vacation and I and my siblings enjoyed it very much. 

  2. Wow!

    I feel nostalgic about the Myrtle beach in South Carolina during winter vacation. What I liked is the cheap price of a house we rented along with a group of people. This one didn’t make it through your best best twenty selection though.

    Seeing these awesome visiting places in your set of pictures I feel like going for another trip South Carolina.. It is a driving distance, we could cover though not that easy.

    I would love to see the plantations, and the 90 minute Charleston tour to view many cool attraction places in one trip. Eat food and I assume they are cheaper. I have to stay I am frugal but Love to enjoy places when I find good price deals.

    1. Sometimes vacation houses are cheaper than a luxury hotels. I love to be able to spend a week in a vacation home.

  4. This article on the 20 best things to do in Charleston, SC has all of the bases covered. I never realized that Charleston’s activity list was so long. I am planning a road trip to Myrtle Beach; seemingly, I can add a few days to my trip to enjoy some of the sites listed in this article. Are any night-life activities in the Charleston area?

    1. Charleston is a very nice town to visit with the southern charm that many like, and this list did not cover all the things to do!

  6. Wow, what a great selection of tours and things to do in Charleston. There is certainly enough variety to suit different tastes and likes. From graveyard tours to sightseeing tours of the harbor, it will be hard to choose the best one. 

    I would like to end my day with the dinner cruise, which sounds very relaxing and the perfect way to end a busy day of exploring Charleston.
