So, I’m excited to represent the best vacation homes in Orlando to help your family have a comfortable stay while having fun in Orlando.

If you still need to plan and reserve your family’s summer vacation, the moment has come! Studies show that to avoid the busiest times, you should book your summer vacation rental before April 1 and your Fourth of July site before May 1. Therefore, making a reservation soon is a wise move!

Why a Vacation Home instead of a Hotel?

Undoubtedly, there are a lot of good hotels out there, and they can be wonderful. But if you’ve never done it before, renting a vacation home offers some attractive benefits worth taking into account! Here are a few main reasons why our family enjoys renting vacation homes.

  • More room! Did you know that the typical vacation rental home is 1850 square feet, unlike the standard hotel room, which is 325 square feet? That’s a MASSIVE difference, especially if you’re taking kids.
  • Extra privacy You not only have a lot of room, but you also have more privacy. The hotel guests above you aren’t stomping around in their shoes at five in the morning, there aren’t many neighbors bothering you, no crying babies (except your own) waking you up at night, and there aren’t any raucous partygoers down the hallway. The list is endless!
  • Suitable for family time! A friendlier setting for family time is made possible by having more space and fewer distractions. There is space to spread out, curl up, play games, wander around the yard, etc.
  • An actual kitchen! For me, this is a BIG one! It might be enjoyable for family gatherings and spares you from having to eat out every single time.
  • Real-life experience! The visitor experience can be enjoyable. However, living a little more, like being a local, is also fun. You can get a greater sense of the local culture when you stay in a neighborhood and frequent local businesses like the grocery store.
  • Possible financial savings (even having the kitchen by itself) can help save up for a holiday. You can frequently locate vacation house rentals that are less expensive per night and have twice the space of hotels! Undoubtedly, that is a component that can benefit the budget!

  1. I think having a house for your family instead of a hotel for a holiday is enjoyable and comfortable like you said. What is better than having an entire home with ample space and numerous rooms?
Orlando is also an excellent location to rent a house for family vacations.
After reading this post, I thought about visiting there too!

    1. When my family goes on vacation, we always come together to rent a vacation home instead of staying in a hotel. Renting a vacation home in Orlando, like the one with your private pool is a must for our family, as we love to swim, and if in a public hotel the pool will not be big enough when other guests are trying to swim as well.

  2. I have always stayed in hotels when planning our family Disney trips. I have always wondered what it would be like to stay in a vacation home instead, but was never sure about it. I always figured it would be much more expensive and farther away from the attractions than the hotels. However, you make a lot of great points as to why this makes a better option and may be something I need to consider looking into when planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing the information.
